WTW has officially announced Lynda Gammons’ appointment as the new head of the claims closure solutions team within its Corporate Risk & Broking division for North America (CRB NA).

With an extensive background that spans several leading roles within the industry, Gammons’ career has been marked by significant achievements. Prior to her latest appointment, she served as managing director and enterprise sales leader at Marsh from December 2022 to March 2024.

Before that, she held the position of senior vice president, consulting director – Northeast growth leader from March 2014 to December 2022, among other notable roles in the Greater Boston area.

In her new role, Gammons is tasked with spearheading the expansion of the claims closure solutions service line, focusing on augmenting its offerings and guiding the strategic direction of the department. Additionally, she will oversee the operational aspects and support her team in delivering solutions to WTW’s clientele.

Joe Picone, claims consulting practice leader at WTW’s Risk Control and Claims Advocacy Practice for North America, praised Gammons’ experience and ability to generate outstanding outcomes and foster innovation.

“Her passion for excellence and dedication to client satisfaction positions her as a key asset to our team. I am thrilled to have Lynda join us,” he said.

In other recent people moves, the global broker has also continued its expansion plans for its global specialty practice with the appointment of Julien Bosc.
