International managing general agent (MGA) and +8 Partners member Vivace Insurance Partners (Vivace) has made strides in its expansion with a new office and a rebrand.

The company has announced the formation of Vivace Americas and the rebranding of ADVA Specialty (HK) Limited to Vivace Asia Pacific.

Vivace Asia Pacific, operating out of Hong Kong, will specialize in providing insurance solutions for marine cargo, logistics, and hull and cargo war risks. Rebekah Khew (pictured above, right) will lead Asia-Pacific operations. Khew has held senior positions at other major firms including MS Amlin, Beazley, Chubb, and AXA Corporate Solutions before joining Vivace.

“It’s essential for brokers and clients to trust that their underwriting partner is dedicated to supporting their business in the long haul. Vivace is committed to delivering on this promise,” Khew said.

Meanwhile, the newly established Vivace Americas, headquartered in Los Angeles, aims to serve the North American logistics sector through partnerships with A-rated international insurers. The division will be under the guidance of Cordell Fenig (pictured above, left), who previously contributed his expertise at Roanoke Insurance Group.

“Joining Vivace is an exciting opportunity to leverage technology and a client-focused approach within a team of experienced industry professionals,” Fenig said.

“Vivace combines deep sector knowledge and an innovative approach under the leadership of Cordell and Rebekah. The company’s expertise and modern online insurance writing capabilities are backed by some of the industry’s most reputable insurers,” +8 Partners executive chairman Philip Bilney said.
