Veteran taxi driver feels like part of the family

He said: “I am old school and prefer face-to-face contact so it’s great I can go into the office and deal with them. You really get that personal touch. I have been going there so long that I have known many of the staff for years and we have become friends. Even if it is someone new, they couldn’t be more helpful.”

It is years of good service that has seen Jackie return to Patons every year.

He said: “I used to deal with Billy Paton and before that it was his parents for my insurance. It feels like part of the family and I have renewed every year because of they way they look after me. I always recommend them to other drivers and have stayed with them even when I have had other offers.”

Existing Patons customers can earn £50 if they refer a friend who takes out taxi insurance when their policy is up for renewal, or they are starting a new policy. There is no limit to the number of referrals.
