TrueNorth Companies, LC (TrueNorth), a risk management and insurance brokerage firm, has announced that Samantha Rogers will join as its new vice president of human resources as well as a member of the firm’s executive leadership team.

“We’re thrilled and honored to formally welcome Samantha Rogers into this role,” said Matt Rathje, TrueNorth’s chief operations officer.

Who is Samantha Rogers?

Prior to joining TrueNorth, Rogers served as human resources business director at Skywalk Group, where she had previously been senior human resources manager, human resources client manager, and human resources client consultant, according to her LinkedIn.

She also has experience at Benneman & Associates, Inc., Sedgwick, and Knowledge Services Staffing & Recruiting as human resources generalist/production manager, disability representative/claims examiner, and employee relations coordinator, respectively.

“Over the course of her career, Samantha has offered key insight and guidance to many organizations throughout the Eastern Iowa Corridor,” said Rathje.

“We are confident that her unique perspective and expertise will strengthen our vibrant culture and reinforce TrueNorth’s commitment to colleague learning and development,” he added.

“The culture at TrueNorth is electric,” said Rogers. “I look forward to being a contributor to their mission and exploring new heights as an executive member of the TrueNorth team.”

Rogers’ new role focuses on growing TrueNorth’s ambitions in being a career destination while offering colleagues clarity and confidence to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
