Texas-based independent insurance agency Hotchkiss Insurance has made Chris Bailey (pictured left), Chase Fondren (pictured center), and Dustin Rivera (pictured right) partners.
Bailey, with nine years at Hotchkiss, has earned certifications as a certified insurance counselor (CIC) and a commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS). He primarily works with commercial clients, significantly contributes to the mentorship and development of new advisors at Hotchkiss, and participates in the Hotchkiss Helps Committee.
Fondren, who has been with Hotchkiss for eight years, specializes in construction risk and also serves a wide range of commercial and personal clients. He holds designations as a CIC and a construction risk and insurance specialist (CRIS), while also involved with the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and The Fondren Foundation.
Rivera, meanwhile, has over 16 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance sector. He has successfully developed several private client portfolios and established and sold a branch office to Hotchkiss. As the personal lines practice leader, Rivera is an expert in high-net-worth clients, offering tailored coverage solutions that address their unique requirements.
The new partnership is set to leverage the combined strengths of the three, aiming to drive growth and enhance client relationships. Expanding leadership across both personal and commercial lines ensures clients receive superior service, innovative coverage options, and expert guidance.
