He holds the FCAS designation from the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Before joining Topsail Re, Belliveau spent nine years at National General, an Allstate company, where he most recently served as an actuarial pricing manager for personal and commercial auto lines. His tenure at National General also included experience as a reserving actuary.

Outside of work, Belliveau enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, and skiing, as well as traveling to RV campgrounds with his wife and three children. Belliveau expressed enthusiasm about joining Topsail Re, noting his eagerness to contribute to the company’s development of innovative actuarial models.

In addition, Jessica Hall (pictured above, right) has been appointed as Topsail Re’s reinsurance accounting manager. Hall graduated from Elon University with a bachelor of arts in corporate communications and has 18 years of experience in the reinsurance and insurance industry.

Prior to joining Topsail Re, Hall worked at Gallagher Re as a senior account manager/broker support with the UK-based programs team. Her career also includes roles at Lincoln Financial Distributors as a senior term consultant and term strategy distribution channel manager, where she oversaw onboarding new partners and managing term sales goals across distribution channels.
