And in 2012, the main street corridor in downtown was then renamed as the ‘Rose District’. The adaption of this redevelopment did not just recover the classical charm of Broken Arrow but also paved way for a more diverse economy in favor to the city. From this, the government has set standards and guidelines to ensure that new constructions will sit well with the historic layout of most structures in downtown.
