TD Bank Group has revealed the results of its recent board election.
In a release, TD said: “The nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated February 20, 2024 were elected as directors of TD.”
Below are the detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at TD’s annual and special meeting of common shareholders last week.
