Supporting the UK’s Cycling champion

Cycling UK insurance offer with Yellow Jersey

Our brand ethos at Yellow Jersey is “Free Your Ride”. Essentially, we want to ensure as many people as possible are able to just get outside and enjoy the freedom that comes with riding a bicycle.

Our bicycle insurance allows cyclists to keep riding, even if their bike is stolen or damaged with comprehensive packages of insurance as well as an efficient claims service. As a business, we proactively look to work with organisations that are facilitating safer, and more enjoyable cycling for everyone and that’s why we are thrilled to be announcing a new partnering with the UK’s oldest cycling charity, Cycling UK.

With over 70,000 members, Cycling UK has been working for more than 140 years to make out streets safer, opening up new traffic free zones and inspiring more people to cycle more often. They imagine a world where the streets are free of congestion, the air is clean, and where parents are able to encourage their children to cycle to school because it’s safe but most importantly a world where everyone can share the exhilaration of being in the saddle. They could have easily written the prologue to our brand book!

From 1 May 2021 we have been added as a Cycling UK’s preferred bicycle insurance partner. If you’re a Cycling UK member, you can now get a very generous £50* off a Yellow Jersey annual bicycle insurance policy or 15% off a short term policy and when you get to renewal, you will get a 30% renewal discount. With this partnership, we will be supporting Cycling UK’s mission and their drive to grow their membership and in turn, facilitate more funding for their excellent work.
