Process automation firm Cincom Systems and software solutions provider Sapiens International Corporation (Sapiens) have teamed up to boost customer communications in the insurance industry.

The partnership will see the integration of Cincom Eloquence into the Sapiens CoreSuite to deliver communications throughout the policyholder lifecycle. The platform’s suite of APIs and exit facilities will provides a streamlined approach to integrations, the companies said.

Insurance customers benefit from partnership

Amanda Ingram, proposition and ecosystem manager at Sapiens, said that the collaboration will streamline the insurance process for customers.

“Partnering with Cincom enables our customers to leverage advanced software solutions. The collaboration between Cincom and Sapiens will provide simplified correspondence processes, leading to increased operational efficiency, cost reductions, and improved accuracy, benefiting businesses and their customers,” she said.

Russ Townsend, senior solutions executive at Cincom ANZ, said: “The Cincom-Sapiens partnership will enhance and simplify the communications process for Sapiens CoreSuite users and deliver better customer experiences, compliance security, and brand consistency.”
