Underwriting agency ShieldCover has entered the manufacturing industry by launching new liability and personal accident & sickness cover options.

ShieldCover’s will look to provide competitive cover options for manufacturing risks that traditionally pose challenges, the underwriting agency said in a press release shared with Insurance Business.

The business will offer cover that includes manufacturing products within metal, timber, glass, textile, and consumable areas, in addition to others.

“Our ongoing mission to support our broking partners has put innovation at the forefront of our vision, and our dedicated team at ShieldCover has worked relentlessly to make this vision a reality,” said ShieldCover CEO Greg Rynenberg. “This latest offering is a game changer in our ability to deliver highly competitive and cutting-edge solutions to our broking partners.

“By addressing the unique requirements of the manufacturing sector, we aim to equip our partners with key tools to support their clients when they need it most.”

Cover available online

The new options are available on the ShieldCover website, which provides step-by-step instructions for brokers.

“As brokers begin to submit their online quote request for manufacturing, the team is buzzed with anticipation and are excited to see how they can help,” Rynenberg said. “We look forward to partnering with insurance brokers across Australia to offer competitive coverage and unrivalled support when it matters most.”
