Rothbury Insurance Brokers has extended its partnership with Cricket Wellington, continuing as the official sponsor of the Women and Girls Programme for the 2024 season.

This renewal allows Rothbury to further support initiatives focused on increasing the participation of women and girls in cricket across the Wellington region, a collaboration that began in 2017.

“Our commitment is fundamentally rooted in our passion for empowering women and girls through sport and recognising the positive impact cricket can have on our communities,” he said.

He added that Rothbury, which is a long-standing supporter of Cricket Wellington, recognises its role in boosting participation and enjoyment for young female players while contributing to a brighter future for the sport.
