The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) has announced the winners of the Hong Kong Insurance Awards 2023, celebrating the top-notch performers across the sector.
This year saw the addition of a Lifetime Achievement Award to mark the 35th anniversary of the HKFI.

Outstanding Young Professional of the Year (Intermediary) – Adrian Lee, AIA International
FWD nabs all digital-related awards
HK-based insurer FWD secured all digital-related awards at the event, ending up with three distinctions – Outstanding Digital Marketing Campaign, Excellence in Digital Transformation Award, and Best Partnership Project Award (General Insurance).
“As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are delighted to be recognised by HKIA 2023 for our commitment to changing the way people feel about insurance through our customer-led solutions, digital innovation, and passionate team,” said Ken Lau, FWD Greater China managing director and HK CEO.
“The insurance industry is undergoing rapid change and experiencing evolving health challenges, including mental health, thus creating new protection gaps and needs. FWD has consistently demonstrated its agility in responding to these changes, and these prestigious accolades inspire us to continue empowering people to live life to the fullest,” Lau said.
