As the new chief customer and operating officer, Tarlinton will manage the design and implementation of the life insurer’s strategic customer offerings, claims management, and operational performance. He also remains on the executive leadership team reporting to Resolution Life Australasia CEO Megan Beer.

“I am delighted to announce Paul in the chief customer and operating officer role. Paul has made an incredible impact over the past six months acting in the role, driving the development and attraction of key talent as we continue to invest in our customer capabilities and services,” Beer said.

Graeme Edwards, who took on the dual role of general manager for New Zealand and customer experience lead for Australasia, has extensive experience in financial services with a successful track record of developing high-performance teams, creating strong customer-centric cultures, and empowering people to deliver excellent results. He is currently the CEO of Southsure Assurance and has served various leadership roles over the years, including as the country manager and the chief distribution and marketing officer at AIA New Zealand and the national sales manager at Tower Medical Insurance and NIB New Zealand.

In his new role at Resolution Life Australasia, Edwards is expected to be a key member of Tarlinton’s team.

Beer commented: “I look forward to welcoming Graeme Edwards to Resolution Life. Graeme brings with him a wealth of experience in financial services with a successful track record in developing high-performance teams and creating strong customer-centric cultures.”
