Covering over 53,600 square feet, the office includes boardrooms, lecture halls, and advanced training facilities.

The amenities, event spaces, and customer meeting rooms will enable Prudential Hong Kong and its agency team to conduct conferences, lectures, training sessions, and customer meetings. The setting is designed to promote collaboration, innovation, and development.

Benny Tsoi, chief agency officer at Prudential Hong Kong, highlighted the significance of the development.

“I’m especially proud of our consecutive decade-long accomplishment of receiving the Excellence in Training Academy of the Year award from Bloomberg Businessweek (Chinese Edition) Financial Institution Awards,” he said.

“The agency force is the lifeblood of Prudential. This grand opening of our new multipurpose office marks a major step forward in the calibre of service provided by our agency force. It’s a pivotal milestone that underscores our commitment to upskilling our agency force with significant resources. This specially designed workspace demonstrates our continued drive to optimise the platforms available to support our agency force to go above and beyond, underpinned by effective holistic approaches to employee training. We believe this move will empower them to deliver an elevated level of service to our customers and bring to life Prudential’s mission of ‘For Every Life, For Every Future.’”

Prudential Hong Kong’s Medical Freedom Survey

Prudential Hong Kong is also preparing to announce the results of its “Medical Freedom Survey”, which assesses the views of residents in the Greater Bay Area, including Hong Kong and Macau, regarding medical freedom and the necessity for cross-border medical services.

Alongside this, the insurance giant will introduce a new protection plan aimed at enhancing customers’ access to medical services.

A media briefing is scheduled for July 11, where chief product officer Felix Fung and chief customer operations and health officer Candy Au Yeung will present the survey results and outline the new protection plan, as well as discuss the company’s broader health business strategy.
