PCF Insurance Services continues its M&A (mergers and acquisitions) push, this time completing its swoop for Top Insurance Associates in Snohomish, Washington. The deal is the 15th finalized by the group this year.

Commenting on the transaction, PCF Insurance chief development officer Brooke K. DeWyze (pictured) said: “Our acquisition of the Top Insurance Associates team aligns with our strategy to grow within target markets and specific industries.

“Top Insurance Associates is positioned for significant growth, and we’re excited to work with the team to expand their capacity and build on their success.”

Top Insurance Associates, which has been operating for nearly three decades, offers a wide range of insurance products across personal and commercial lines. Its client base spans Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

The transaction, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, will see Top Insurance Associates integrated into Fortiphi Insurance, one of PCF’s regional entities.

The move will allow both agencies to collaborate and provide enhanced insurance and risk management services to clients across Washington and the broader Pacific Northwest region.

Recent acquisitions by the wider enterprise include Lexington-based Kentucky Health Solutions, which joined PCF Insurance’s Maverick Insurance Group.

“We want to ensure that every business we bring on has a long runway for growth ahead of them,” PCF Insurance chief executive Felix Morgan said recently. “By intentionally focusing on these types of transactions, we’re setting the stage for our long-term profitability.”
