“I am excited to welcome Joyce as she joins us as part of our focus to grow our insurance capabilities in the US at a pivotal time,” commented Pattern Insurance co-founder and CEO Meitav Harpaz. “One of our core strengths is in our ability to quickly bring to market elastic and highly customized protections that fit any business need.”
Harpaz also mentioned in a statement that with the US market being “so highly fragmented and complex to operate in,” that embedding insurance products at scale is a “big cross-functional challenge.”
“Joyce’s experience working across the entire insurance product development lifecycle is an incredible force multiplier for our team and partners and she will lead a lot of our growth opportunities in the US region and beyond,” the chief executive said.
