Program administrator Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC), based in California, has formed a marine division led by senior vice president Kevin Wolfe and supported by John Kiernan and Marquam Wolfe.

Matt Grossberg, ISC founder and chief executive, noted: “Kevin and his team provide us with unparalleled bench strength in the marine space, enabling us to serve our broker partners with quality product lines, global expertise, underwriting acumen, and market relationships. The team is ready to connect with brokers and place business.”

The ISC marine division will offer an array of products including general cargo, project cargo, hull and protection & indemnity (P&I), marine general liability, marine excess liability, and inland marine.

K. Wolfe, meanwhile, commented: “I am very excited, as is the rest of the team, to become a part of the ISC family as we launch our new marine division. We are looking forward to connecting with our broker partners and assisting them in finding solutions for their clients as ISC Marine.”

The division SVP’s career began in the late 1970s at Talbot, Bird & Co., a niche marine insurer in New York City. Wolfe’s extensive career spans various underwriting and management roles across multiple insurance firms and his own marine brokerage.

Kiernan, noted for his expertise in hull and P&I, has over four decades of underwriting experience. He has overseen national and international portfolios for major insurers, providing significant technical expertise and a broad distribution network across multiple business lines.
