Linke and Thornton collectively bring over 50 years of experience in insurance and risk management, having worked across various sectors in South Australia, including agribusiness, aged care, community services, faith-based organisations, food and beverage, forestry, manufacturing, and transportation.

Both will report to Ian Maybury, general manager, industry specialties, and will offer specialised guidance to clients in navigating the evolving insurance market.

Paul Marsden, CEO of Lockton Pacific, emphasised the strategic significance of these appointments.

“As we continue to raise the bar on service levels offered, it is paramount that we have local, specialist-led risk and insurance capabilities across all capital cities, allowing Lockton to be a truly national broker. The appointment of Andrew and Matthew, who bring deep industry and regional expertise, will ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to current local clients, with direct access to on-the-ground specialists,” he said.
