Rapidly expanding insurance brokerage Keyes Coverage has acquired A&C Insurance and Suntree Insurance, extending its footprint north of Southern Florida and bolstering its market presence in the Melbourne area.

A&C Insurance, a commercial insurance agency trading for more than three decades now, brings significant experience in business insurance, while Suntree Insurance, known for its personal lines expertise, will enhance Keyes Coverage’s ability to serve individuals and families.

The acquisitions are Keyes Coverage’s 11th and 12th in the last three years, underscoring the company’s swift growth and strategic expansion efforts.

Over the past three years, Keyes Coverage has doubled in size, with substantial increases in both revenue and staff since 2021.

Wayne Glisson, former principal of A&C Insurance, will join the Keyes Coverage team to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

“We’re excited to join forces with Keyes Coverage, leveraging their resources and expertise to better serve our clients,” said Glisson.

“As we continue to grow and expand, our commitment to exceptional service and personalized attention remains unwavering,” added Ragno. “Our success is a testament to the trust our clients have placed in us, and we’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing brokers in Florida.”

Manned by more than 110 people across six locations throughout Florida, Keyes Coverage has been in operation since 1975. Its CEO has been at the helm for two years, after previously doubling the size of the agency during his time as vice president for commercial lines.
