Join Cobra Network in supporting Day One Trauma Support's 'Go Orange' Day

Cobra Network, together with its members and insurer partners, looks to support Day One Trauma Support’s ‘Go Orange’ Day.

Cobra Network, a free to join network for independent insurance brokers across the United Kingdom, is proud to announce its collaboration with Day One Trauma Support, a national charity dedicated to helping people rebuild their lives following catastrophic injuries. Together, Cobra and its network are promoting the fabulous work of this very special charity and are taking part in Day One’s upcoming Go Orange Day on Friday 19 May.

Go Orange Day aims to raise awareness about the physical and psychological challenges faced by people recovering from major trauma, while fostering a sense of unity and support within communities. On this day, individuals and organisations are encouraged to wear orange attire, decorate their surroundings in orange, and engage in activities that spread the message of resilience and healing.

Cobra Network is excited to contribute to this meaningful cause and has launched a dedicated fundraising campaign. We aim is to raise much needed funds for the charity via their Just Giving page https://www.justgiving.com/page/cobra-network with all proceeds going directly to Day One Trauma Support to assist in their essential programmes and initiatives.

“As an organisation committed to making a positive impact in society, we firmly believe in the power of community support and the healing journey. We encourage everyone to join us in contributing to this worthy cause and helping Day One Trauma Support change lives”, said Andy Tedstone, CEO of Cobra Network.

Donations can be made easily through the dedicated fundraising page https://www.justgiving.com/page/cobra-network. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in supporting trauma survivors and providing them with the resources and care they need to rebuild their lives.

“We are thrilled to have Cobra Network taking part in our first ever Go Orange Day and appreciate their ongoing commitment to our cause,” said Kirsty Christmas, Fundraising Manager for Day One Trauma Support. “Together, we can ensure no one faces rebuilding their life on their own following a catastrophic injury. We urge everyone to get behind this event and spread awareness about the challenges faced by people with life-changing injuries.  “

Cobra Network and Day One Trauma Support encourage individuals, businesses, and communities to show their support for Go Orange Day by sharing their experiences on social media using the hashtags #GoOrangeforDayOne and tagging @CobraNetwork and @DayOneTrauma.
