Inszone Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of ASK Insurance, a Pueblo, Colorado-based agency known for its customer service and community presence.
ASK Insurance was founded in 2010 by Scott Kelver and grew from a small operation to a well-established family business through local referrals.
The agency, initially advertising in the local newspaper, built a reputation for personalized service and strong relationships with its clients. For the past five years, ASK Insurance has been located at a busy intersection in Pueblo, serving as a central location for clients to meet with agents in person.
Following the acquisition, Mary Kelver will continue supporting ASK Insurance clients from the local Pueblo office.
Chris Walters (pictured above), CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, said the deal supports Inszone’s mission of providing local offices with access to larger company resources.
“This merger aligns perfectly with our mission to give local offices access to large company resources for a better insurance experience,” Walters said. “We are confident that with Mary continuing to support clients locally, we will maintain the trusted relationships and exceptional service that ASK Insurance is known for.”
As part of the deal, ASK Insurance clients will gain access to a wider range of carriers and products, along with additional back-office support from Inszone’s teams.
Inszone Insurance Services has indicated plans for further acquisitions in the near future, as it continues expanding its offerings to communities across the country.
Recently, the brokerage also expanded its footprint in Washington state through the acquisition of Potter Insurance, strengthening Inszone’s presence in the Pacific Northwest, particularly in the Seattle and Issaquah areas.
