Inszone Insurance Services, a provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, has announced the acquisition of Catalyst Benefits Group, LLC, an employee benefits brokerage based in Tulsa, Okla.

This acquisition, part of Inszone’s broader expansion strategy, strengthens the company’s capabilities in the employee benefits market and expands its presence in the region.

Founded in 2005, Catalyst Benefits Group has built its business around a culture that emphasizes employee care and accountability. The firm operates under a mission statement that stresses being selfless and accountable in all aspects of its operations, which it says reflects a commitment to its clients and the community.

Chris Walters (pictured above), CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, said that Catalyst Benefits Group’s values align well with Inszone’s mission.

“The culture and values that CBG has instilled over the years align perfectly with Inszone’s mission. Their focus on long-lasting relationships and exceptional client service mirrors our own, and we look forward to building on their success,” Walters said.

The acquisition offers Catalyst Benefits Group’s clients access to Inszone’s larger network of insurance carriers, enhanced back-office support, and a team of specialists. Inszone has assured clients that the transition will be smooth, with continued access to personalized insurance solutions.

This deal follows an earlier announcement by Inszone Insurance Services regarding its acquisition of Beswick Insurance, an agency based in California. Founded in 1947 by Bob Beswick, the firm has a longstanding reputation in the community.

Teri Anello, who joined Beswick Insurance in 1978, took ownership of the business in 1994 after purchasing it from Beswick upon his retirement.

The acquisition of Beswick Insurance represents another step in Inszone’s efforts to enhance its community-oriented services and broaden its geographic footprint.

With both Catalyst Benefits Group and Beswick Insurance now part of Inszone’s portfolio, the company said that it continues to pursue its goal of expanding its reach and delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients nationwide.

Looking ahead, Inszone Insurance Services plans to announce additional acquisitions in the coming months as part of its ongoing strategy to strengthen its offerings and provide comprehensive insurance solutions across the country.
