Inszone Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of T Blackwell Insurance Group.

Founded by Tracey Blackwell (pictured above) in 2012, T Blackwell Insurance Group specializes in personal lines insurance, offering services from home and auto to life insurance. Blackwell’s philosophy emphasizes the importance of knowledge.

Her career in insurance includes leadership roles in industry programs such as State Auto Pacesetter and Safeco’s Agency Advisory Council, which Inszone said reflects her commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth.

Before entering the insurance industry, Blackwell spent two decades in leadership at HEB Grocery Company, overseeing 56 stores as director of customer service.

Blackwell is also actively involved in community service. She supports John’s Kids, a nonprofit founded by her father that champions Title 1 schools and participates in fundraising for MS and Alzheimer’s.

Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, commented on the latest acquisition.

“We are thrilled to welcome T Blackwell Insurance Group into the Inszone family,” Walters said. “Tracey’s steadfast commitment to her clients, combined with her passion for education and community involvement, aligns perfectly with our values. This acquisition marks a significant step in our journey to provide personalized insurance solutions and unparalleled support to our clients.”

Clients of T Blackwell Insurance Group can expect a smooth transition, with the added benefit of Inszone Insurance Services’ support.

The acquisition of T Blackwell Insurance Group marks the third deal for Inszone this May. Earlier this month, the brokerage also turned its sights to Washington state with the acquisition of Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals, LLC, a broker agency based in Pasco, Washington.

A few days before that, Inszone also swooped for Canyon Pacific Insurance Services, an independent agency based in Palm Springs, California, as part of the company’s strategic expansion within the state.
