Insurance Business has unveiled its 2024 list of the most innovative insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand, recognising firms that are leading advancements across the sector.

The 2024 5-Star Insurance Innovators report highlights companies that have made significant strides, whether through the adoption of new technology, launching products, or implementing new distribution strategies.

Selection process for the 2024 5-Star Insurance Innovators report

In June, Insurance Business invited insurers, brokerages, and service providers across Australia and New Zealand to participate in the nomination process. Companies were asked to outline the innovative steps they had taken in 2023 and the results achieved.

Each entry was reviewed against specific criteria such as the originality of the innovation, measurable success, and comparison with other nominees. Twenty-five companies were selected as 5-Star Insurance Innovators for 2024.
