Insurance Business America (IBA) has unveiled its selection of premier workers’ compensation providers for 2024, following a detailed evaluation process.

Selection process for IBA’s 2024 5-Star Workers’ Comp awards

The selection process implemented by IBA spanned 15 weeks and involved a detailed assessment spearheaded by its research team.

This evaluation combined direct interviews with specialized brokers and extensive surveys among a broad network of insurance professionals, aiming to gather a diverse range of perspectives on the current offerings in the market.

In the initial phase, brokers were engaged in discussions to identify the most crucial elements of workers’ compensation insurance policies. Subsequently, these professionals were asked to recommend insurance carriers and specific policies that excel in areas such as claims processing, customer support, competitive pricing, flexibility in policy terms, and communication efficiency.

The research concluded with the identification of insurance carriers that delivered superior service levels to brokers, warranting their recognition as 5-Star award recipients.

Employing close to 6,000 people globally, AmTrust is distinguished by its specialized offerings in the niche market of specialty property and casualty insurance, primarily catering to small businesses.
