Inspection documentation platform lands on Salesforce AppExchange
U Scope Technologies, a provider of software for insurance and other industries, has announced that it has launched its PHOTO iD product on Salesforce AppExchange, allowing companies to provide field inspection reps with automated, custom workflow templates that capture the images required to document various kinds of inspections.
PHOTO iD is a collaborative inspection documentation platform that will allow insurance claims adjusters, inspectors, contractors and appraisers to deliver clearer and more detailed inspection reports to team members or clients through the use of AI technology.
The PHOTO iD inspection camera features an automated inspection guidance feature, enabling risk and property management teams to capture an array of required images during the inspection process, U Scope said. All images are group-sorted, labeled and organized according to category.
PHOTO iD also allows users to communicate using video or chat within its mobile or web-based platforms, allowing team members to assist each other or clients with inspections in real time. The platform also integrates labeled images and inspection data captured onsite into the Salesforce system instantly.

“We created PHOTO iD to make life easier and safer for field inspectors such as adjusters, property managers and contractors who have boots on the ground at different job sites,” said Earl Randolph, founder and CEO of U Scope Technologies. “By integrating with Salesforce, we’ll be getting inspectors in and out of potentially hazardous conditions faster, while simultaneously cutting down the overall property assessment, repair, and audit life cycles for their clients. I look forward to expanding the reach of PHOTO iD and bringing this valuable tool to new users nationwide.”
“PHOTO iD by U Scope is a welcome addition to the AppExchange, as they power digital transformation for customers by streamlining the property inspection process and workflow,” said Woodson Martin, general manager of Salesforce AppExchange. “AppExchange is constantly evolving to connect customers with the right apps and experts for their business needs.”
