Achieving Innovation Excellence, led by Peter Temes of the ILO institute, will help guide insurers who are trying to operationalize innovation within the enterprise. Temes will discuss how to start with the customer and work out from there, finding partners among the insurtech community and when to take the leap on new technologies and partnerships.

Total Experience Strategy, led by Susan Holliday, draws upon the instructors’ years of experience in selling insurance to help carriers meet their customers where they are in the digital age. Holliday has partnered with three guest co-instructors on her class, which will take insurers through the full process of developing a digital-first customer experience across all channels.

DIGIN’s Masterclasses meet virtually April 27 and May 12, with a final in-person class at the event. After that final class, students close the experience by attending a lunch and learn session with Eric Siegal, author and expert on predictive analytics and big data.
