Highstreet Insurance Partners, known for its swift expansion and dedication to serving local communities throughout the US, has partnered with Lebanon-based Hoaster Gebhard & Co. to expand in Pennsylvania.

Esteemed for its community-centric approach over a span exceeding a century, Hoaster Gebhard specializes in property & casualty business insurance, providing bespoke risk management and mitigation strategies to clients in various industries.

Scott Wick, founder and chief executive of Highstreet, praised the new partnership, stating: “Hoaster Gebhard’s community-based culture fits the mold of what we look for in our partner agencies, and their expertise in crafting risk management strategies for businesses across Pennsylvania and beyond make them an excellent addition to our Northeast region.”

“We’re excited to have Chris and his team join the Highstreet family.”

The CEO was referring to Chris Gebhard, president of the group’s latest partner insurance agency.

Gebhard remarked: “We are excited [about] what this partnership will bring to our clients. Highstreet’s industry expertise and resources will be invaluable as our team looks to expand our client-focused services across central Pennsylvania and beyond.”

Highstreet’s deal with Hoaster Gebhard marks its fourth transaction in 2024, bringing the total to 168 since the Michigan-headquartered company’s inception in 2018.

Earlier this month, Highstreet announced the appointment of chief human resources officer Jim Scott to support the firm’s continued growth through innovative people strategies.
