HCF Life has once again garnered industry recognition for its Income Protect Insurance. For the third year in a row, the insurance product has clinched the Mozo Experts Choice Award for Exceptional Value Income Protection, emphasising its consistent performance in the market.

Established in 2014, the Mozo Experts Choice Awards assess a variety of financial products to spotlight those offering exceptional value or benefits to consumers every year. The evaluation process for income protection insurance includes a detailed analysis of plan costs across various professions, focusing on policies with one- and three-month waiting periods and one- and two-year benefit periods.

HCF’s chief operating officer Lorraine Thomas reaffirmed the company’s commitment to its members in light of the recent accolade: “The support we provide members at HCF goes beyond just health insurance. We’re also there for them with award-winning Income Protection Insurance.”

In addition to the Mozo award, HCF Life’s Income Protect Insurance has received further recognition in the industry. It was named Money magazine’s “Best of the Best 2024” for “Best-Value Direct Income Protection Insurance” and WeMoney’s “Best for Income Protection Insurance (Direct),” which also marked the third consecutive year it received those honors.

The company also claimed the WeMoney 2024 “Outstanding Customer Service (Income Protection)” Award and was a finalist for the “Best for Value (Life Insurance)” Award.

“These awards demonstrate how our unique range of flexible life products go above and beyond in helping take care of unexpected costs that come with the hurdles of life,” Thomas said.
