Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance wins ‘Best Landlord Insurance Provider’ for a fourth year
For the fourth year running, Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance has been named ‘Best Landlord Insurance Provider’ at the Insurance Choice Awards, beating tight competition from Endsleigh and Let Alliance.
The Insurance Choice Awards, launched by Smart Money People in 2016, aim to find the UK’s best insurance companies by asking customers to vote and share their experiences. After over 12 weeks of voting, more than 50,000 customer votes were received across all categories. These awards recognise the insurance industry’s customer champions, provide an opportunity for organisations to benchmark themselves against competitors and understand how they are perceived by their customers.
Steve Barnes, Associate Director at Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance says:
“It goes without saying that I am absolutely delighted to have achieved this accolade for a fourth year in a row, particularly in such a challenging year. This incredible achievement is testament to the quality of service we provide and validates just how hard the entire team works to deliver reliable support and accurate advice. Now more than ever landlords need guidance so imparting our expertise and raising standards is of greatest importance to us. Thank you to all our valued customers who took the time to vote for us – we couldn’t have done it without you.”
In these uncertain times, Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance’s continued success at these awards will help to reassure landlords that they have access to comprehensive buy to let cover that is designed with their needs in mind.
Jacqueline Dewey, CEO of Smart Money People said:
“In today’s climate, we’ve all had to adapt to new ways of working, and the results of the Insurance Choice Awards are testament to how the insurance industry has responded to these challenges. This year we’ve had a record year for the number of firms participating, and more than 50,000 consumers taking the time to rate and review their insurance provider. Voting in many of the awards was extremely close and all our winners should feel proud of their achievements in the award.”
