EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants has announced that it has promoted Kelly Geary to division leader of Lemme, a professional services division within EPIC.

Geary succeeds John Wynne, who will shift his focus to the continued development of the Lemme group’s professional services offerings.

The Lemme team will join EPIC’s financial services division, led by Philip V. Moyles Jr., the company said.

Geary has 30 years of industry experience. She joined EPIC in 2014. In her new role, she will focus on business strategy and execution, thought leadership and claims advocacy. Geary also serves as national practice leader for the Professional, Executive and Cyber Solutions Group, part of EPIC’s newly created Insurance Capital Solutions (ICS) Group.

“The cross-functional expertise of the Lemme and ICS teams is a key pillar of EPIC’s larger vision to be a leader in providing specialized risk management solutions to clients in complex and diverse industries,” Geary said. “This realignment allows for more collaboration and better solutions for our clients.”

“I’m thrilled to welcome this experienced and accomplished Lemme team into the Financial Services division,” Moyles said. “Kelly has established herself as an outstanding leader both at Lemme and within the insurance industry, and I’m confident in her team’s ability to build on their success and champion Lemme’s next chapter. The division has seen impressive revenue growth with John’s many contributions and leadership. We are excited to have him now apply his leadership style and strategic acumen to grow the business further.”
