The awards are open to every organisation within the insurance value chain, focusing on encouraging diversity and inclusion, as well as promoting advancements in environmental, social, and governance practices.

“Individuals are recognised across three prestigious categories that celebrate outstanding contributions, leadership, passion, and dedication to professionalism,” ANZIIF said.

Judging process

The selection process for the awards involves a panel of industry experts who independently assess each entry and make their selections under the guidance of an independent auditor.

Judges, who are bound to maintain confidentiality, must avoid any conflicts of interest during their evaluations.

An external auditor is present during the judging session to ensure the process’s fairness and confidentiality.

“We recognise and understand the sensitive nature of the information provided in your submission. With this in mind, there are systems in place to ensure confidentiality at every stage of the judging process,” ANZIIF said.

The deadline for submissions is set for Friday, July 12.
