Duck Creek Technologies has launched Policy with Active Delivery, a new solution designed to streamline operations for property and casualty insurers. The cloud-native platform is intended to support the rapid delivery of insurance products without requiring disruptive system upgrades.

Policy with Active Delivery runs on the Azure cloud, providing automatic bi-weekly product updates and allowing insurers to maintain uninterrupted operations. The updates are “feature flagged” so insurers have the flexibility to activate them at their discretion.

In addition, Policy with Active Delivery offers low-code configuration tools and an integrated development environment, complemented by pre-built content for various insurance lines. These features enable insurers to bring products to market quickly, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

“With Active Delivery, insurers can free their IT resources to focus on innovation, rather than maintenance, and respond to the evolving needs of their customers and agents with speed and agility. Policy with Active Delivery is the ultimate expression of our vision to simplify insurance technology and empower our customers to achieve their business goals.”

Policy with Active Delivery, which features rule-based processing, also offers omnichannel access to meet users’ self-service demands.

“Duck Creek is a visionary company that is transforming the way insurers operate and serve their customers,” Crandall said at the time. “I am impressed by the company’s culture, products, and customer-centric approach. I look forward to collaborating with the talented Duck Creek team and partners to amplify our brand, engage our audiences, and drive business outcomes.”
