Does your property require non-standard insurance?

Every property is special, but some have unique features that require extra protection and aren’t covered by standard insurance policies. Read on to see if your property qualifies for non-standard insurance.

There are many factors that class a property as being non-standard from an insurance point of view. Perhaps your property is worth over £3 million, has a flat roof, or is built with timber frames. Maybe you live in a flood-risk area, have wind turbines, or a swimming pool in your back garden.

If your property has any of the above features, you may require non-standard property insurance. Your property’s location, unique structural characteristics, value and other factors may make it eligible for non-standard property insurance.
