ClaimsPro Appoints Lee-Ann Vansteenkiste as Director, Insurer Management Services

TORONTO, ON, JUNE 12, 2024/insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Lee-Ann Vansteenkiste as Director of Insurer Management Services (IMS). In her new role, Lee-Ann will lead a team of Account Managers and support ClaimsPro’s operational leadership to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

Lee-Ann is a recognized leader in the Canadian insurance industry with nearly 30 years of experience. She first joined ClaimsPro in 2000 and progressed through a number of roles, including Branch Manager in Sarnia, ON and later District Manager for Southwestern Ontario. Over the past three years, Lee-Ann has excelled in senior leadership roles for mutual insurance companies, including Chief Operating Officer. She holds her Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and serves as a council member on the board of the Insurance Institute of Ontario, Southwestern Chapter.

As Director of Insurer Management Services, Lee-Ann will be responsible for the development and implementation of national internal processes, measuring national account performance, and working to enhance relationships with key insurer clients. Her role will be integral in supporting ClaimsPro’s continued growth and delivering the best possible experience for clients across Canada. Lee-Ann will report to Christopher Tirrell, Vice President, Central Services.
