Chubb launches cyber quoting platform

Platform will shake things up for cyber specialists, exec says

Chubb has announced the launch of Cyber Central, a quoting platform aimed at agents and brokers specializing in cyber risks.

The new platform simplifies and improves the process of generating quotes and issuing cyber and technology E&O, and miscellaneous professional liability coverages as standalone policies, Chubb said.

“Cyber Central is a game-changer for cyber specialists, offering streamlined quoting options, valuable insights, and a comprehensive suite of support features tailored to their unique needs,” said William A. Wise, executive vice president of Chubb’s North America professional liability and cyber practice.

Cyber Central provides three distinct quoting paths to cater to the specific requirements of agents and brokers:

End-to-end quoting: A comprehensive quoting process that covers all aspects of cyber insurance for a single customer,
Indicative quoting: Enables users to quickly obtain an appetite and premium range for their customers by providing basic information in a straightforward quoting process
Batch quoting: Instead of individually quoting new business, this feature allows users to upload information for more than 30 customers simultaneously.

Cyber Central offers rapid insights and support for the cyber landscape, providing complimentary proactive risk reports on cyber accounts, Chubb said. The platform also identifies cross-selling opportunities, highlighting accounts with business owners policies that could benefit from cyber insurance coverage.

In addition to its quoting capabilities, Cyber Central offers resources for agents and brokers, including marketing materials, white papers, and policy forms.
