BrokerLink has continued to expand its Ontario footprint through three acquisitions in the Greater Toronto Area.

The brokerage announced in a news release the completion of its asset acquisition of Solutions Financial PCC Inc., which does business as All-Risks Burlington, as well as share acquisitions of Dowhaniuk Insurance Brokers Inc. and Heinsoo Insurance Brokers Ltd.

BrokerLink’s latest GTA acquisitions

All-Risks Insurance’s Burlington office has been serving local clients since 2009, providing a diverse range of products, including home, auto, and business coverage.

Dowhaniuk Insurance is located in Hamilton and has been providing personal and commercial solutions for over two decades. Its team of seasoned professionals have extensive knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area, which they utilize to understand specific customer requirements and provide expert advice.

Heinsoo Insurance is a family-owned and operated business with a 70-year history. It specializes in customizing insurance solutions for new and existing customers, covering personal, auto, property, and complex commercial risks.

The teams at All-Risks Insurance’s Burlington office, Dowhaniuk Insurance, and Heinsoo Insurance will continue serving their communities as part of BrokerLink, according to the release.
