AXA Hong Kong and Macau has announced the launch of its enhanced [email protected] medical service, with the revamped proposition providing a one-stop health management experience that enables customers to receive appropriate medical attention without the hassle.

Eligible AXA employee benefits members can now enjoy the new features of the revamped [email protected] service. Besides its teleconsultation service, it includes a strengthened doctor network with traditional Chinese medical practitioners and psychiatrists to cater to various medical needs, eQueue and eAppointments, a reminder feature to help customers keep their schedules, a newly upgraded ePrescription feature which has a free home delivery service for medicines, and more.

AXA Hong Kong and Macau chief employee benefits and wellness officer Emily Lee said that the insurer will continue to monitor market developments closely to provide prime quality of employee benefits services and innovative products to address the needs.

“Digital healthcare services remain popular post-COVID-19. We find that Hong Kong people are always too busy to queue at the clinic for doctor consultation even when they feel unwell, resulting in possible delay of treatment. Hence, we have strengthened the medical services of [email protected] where our customers can make appointments and queue for doctor consultations on ‘Emma by AXA’ easily. We have also elevated our ePrescription service to same-day medicine delivery that enables timely and appropriate medical care for our customers – and it is free of charge now,” she said.
