Ausure has officially kicked off its 2024 Networking Meetings – with visits already racked up in Tasmania, Gold Coast, and Brisbane.

This national series sees Ausure executive and management staff travel to 10 locations across Australia, connecting with branches to provide education, updates, and unveil new services and initiatives.

Ausure Networking Meetings 2024

This year’s meetings are among the largest, with attendance expected to exceed 300 brokers, head office staff, and industry partners across locations such as the Sunshine Coast, Townsville, Echuca, Wollongong, Adelaide, Perth, and Newcastle.

Ausure said the gatherings highlight its dedication to supporting its authorised representatives (ARs) with ongoing training, mentoring, and service enhancements.

Discussions at the meetings will focus on compliance, claims, marketing, technology, and best practices in broking.

The company will also introduce several new initiatives, including a free debtors automation service designed to streamline processes, minimise follow-ups, and ensure branches meet compliance and insurer requirements.

Ausure’s new marketing services and tools

Additionally, Ausure is rolling out new marketing tools and services. These include opportunities for branches to:

receive complimentary new business leads;
participate in national advertising campaigns;
use a new online portal for ordering stationery and promotional items; and
access a customisable marketing support package.

A key highlight of the meetings is the introduction of an Insurance Reports tool from Insight, available for commercial, trades, farm, and personal insurance. This tool will enable ARs to generate detailed reports for clients, including policy details and customisable sections to outline covered and uncovered areas. It aims to ensure consistent and professional advice across all Ausure offices.

Key partners attend 2024 Ausure Networking Meetings

Ausure’s key partners and training & promotional partners are participating, with presentations from QBE, Allianz, NTI, CGU, Chubb, Safety Culture Care, UAA, and Sure Insurance.

Post-networking events will feature representatives from Mecon, Dual, Hunter, Attvest, Elantis, and Arteva, offering additional networking opportunities.

Ausure’s training & promotion partners have been pivotal in advancing the company’s training initiatives. These efforts include a subsidised studies program for ARs, covering 50% of the costs for Diplomas, Tier 1, and Tier 2 studies.

Ausure CEO Scott McCarthy said the networking meetings offer an opportunity to reconnect with ARs.

“Previously known as Professional Development meetings, we decided to change the structure of these events to a more casual and open forum environment where our ARs can take part in the discussions and share their opinions, ideas, and feedback. This creates a more valuable experience for all involved and ensures Ausure continues to develop tools and initiatives with our ARs needs in mind,” he said.

The Networking Meetings will conclude at the end of August, with the next major event being the Ausure Emerging Talent Day in Brisbane in October.
