To celebrate the launch, 60 women representatives from Allianz’s agency distribution networks in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand gathered at The Singapore EDITION hotel.

During the event, Allianz highlighted the significant role of women in its insurance distribution network. Women make up 59% of the insurance giant’s agency leaders and agents in Asia, contributing 65% of the total annualised premium. Furthermore, 70% of its Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) qualifiers were women.

Anusha Thavarajah, regional chief executive officer of Allianz Asia Pacific, said the initiative aims to help agents, agency leaders, and employees thrive professionally and personally.

“#SHEsecures is a pioneering initiative in the financial advisory industry. We are excited to offer this platform, which will enable our agents, agency leaders and employees to thrive both professionally and personally. By fostering an environment of shared learning and experiences, #SHEsecures will help them achieve their highest potential and build a more resilient and diverse society,” she said.

Our aim is to nurture an inclusive workplace where every voice is heard and valued equally.
