Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Esther Magner (pictured above) as vice president and producer for its Employee Benefits Group.

Magner, who will be operating out of the Southeast region, is set to provide support to clients across the nation.

Magner has more than a decade of industry experience. Prior to her new role at Alliant, she served as a business consultant at a leading brokerage and consulting firm. Additionally, she spent four years at OneDigital Health and Benefits, where she held positions as a strategic partner executive and business development executive.

Magner is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international business. Her extensive background in strategic planning and client relationship management is expected to enhance Alliant’s service offerings in the employee benefits sector.

“Esther is well known for building robust benefit offerings that are cohesive with an employer’s culture while being mindful of cost containment,” said Kevin Overbey, president of Alliant Employee Benefits. “Her breadth of experience and commitment to client service make her a strong asset for Alliant.”

In other recent developments, Alliant Insurance Services has also announced the acquisition of Vinsa Insurance Associates in a move that signifies an expansion of its Alliant Public Entity division within California.
