The Concord Group Earns 2023 Great Place To Work Certification™ Bedford, NH

The Concord Group is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the third year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at The Concord Group. This year, 76% of employees said it’s a great place To Work.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that The Concord Group stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

“The Concord Group is very proud to once again be recertified as a Great Place To Work™”, said Dan McCabe, President and CEO of The Concord Group Insurance Companies. “The insight gained from the survey regarding our employees’ experiences provides us guidance to build upon our successes and make improvements where necessary. We thank our employees for providing company-critical feedback that will enhance our already strong work environment and lead us into the future.”

In March 2023, The Concord Group relocated its Corporate Office from Concord, NH to a new state-of-the-art building in Bedford, NH. The new location is more centrally located within the company’s footprint and broadens access to a larger, more diverse population for talent acquisition.
