Global broker WTW has announced the appointment of two senior directors, Maryellen Allegretti and Patrick Anderson-Higgins, to its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) division in North America.

Allegretti has been named North America personal lines property and casualty sales director. In this role, she will focus on driving growth and thought leadership for ICT Personal Lines.

Allegretti has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining WTW, she served as assistant vice president at Verisk Analytics. She also held senior positions at Equifax and Acxiom Corporation.

Anderson-Higgins has been named commercial insurance P&C sales director for ICT North America. In this role, he will work closely with ICT’s Proposition Leaders and specifically with the product, pricing, claims, and underwriting (PPCU) leadership. His role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to expand WTW services across the commercial lines market.

Anderson-Higgins has more than a decade of experience in the insurance, consulting, and technology industries. Prior to joining WTW, he held senior positions at Celonis and EY. He has extensive technical consulting knowledge across all functions of the insurance value chain, assisting global carriers, brokerages, MGAs, and wholesalers in transforming their business models. Anderson-Higgins previously served as a senior consultant at WTW for three years.

“We are excited to welcome Maryellen and Patrick to our expanding team, bringing with them a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective in both personal and commercial lines, including a deep understanding of our sector’s technology needs,” said Nic Beaudoin, North America P&C sales and growth leader at ICT, WTW. “Their extensive leadership experience, deep industry knowledge, and client-centric approach align perfectly with our commitment to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. With their strategic insights and technical proficiency, we are poised to attract new clients and elevate our position as industry thought leaders.”
