An update on claims self-service capability via Aviva Broker

An update on claims self-service capability via Aviva Broker

Authored by Aviva

In September last year we significantly enhanced the claims management information and analysis available to you via our Aviva Broker website, as part of our investment in our digital claims capability and our commitment to claims excellence.

We’ve been delighted by the number of you using these enhancements and we’ve had some great feedback about them too:

“The Aviva Self Service tracker has been of great benefit to us here at Q Underwriting and provides real time updates on our claims. Prior to having the tracker service we would be making phones calls and sending email lists to the team to get updates back on claims and would always be dependent on how long these would take to get back.” – Simon Barker, Q Underwriting

We’re continuing to invest in this type of functionality and following feedback we have made an enhancement whereby you can now view, amend or add your own reference in the Track Claim page. We’ve added this field to the Claims Data table too so you can search for claims using your own reference.

If you haven’t explored these features yet, here’s a quick summary of what they provide:

View data within the webpage without the need to download a spreadsheetAccess a dashboard view with visual graphs, charts and heatmaps to help you gain insight and identify trendsSort and filter claims according to line of business, claims status, policy number and Aviva reference numberDownload the filtered report for your recordsView a dashboard of open, closed and notified claimsTrack at individual claim levelDownload a snapshot of a claim’s statusView/amend or add your own reference via Track Claim for easy searching in both claims features
