FEBRUARY 2022, NobleOak has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for a third consecutive year recognising exceptional customer experience.

NobleOak also received Gold Trusted Service awards in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Anthony Brown, CEO of NobleOak, commented, “We’re delighted to receive this award from Feefo again, having received it in 2020 and 2021. The past year has been tough for everyone, including the NobleOak team. It’s acknowledgment that service standards remained at record highs during this time, as evidenced by direct feedback from our customers.

“This award recognises our continued efforts in making sure every customer we talk to has a positive experience. All Feefo feedback from our customers is reviewed so that we ensure we are always meeting their expectations and individual needs when it comes to providing quality life Insurance.”

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award is only provided to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years.
