Since then she has held a number of roles in RSA’s finance department before joining RSA Motability in 2010 and becoming Managing Director in 2018. Prior to being named as RSA Motability Managing Director, she also spent time as Finance Director and Operations Director.

The Regions business is a key part of RSA’s UK domestic Commercial Lines presence with extensive regional expertise and people based across the country. Customers range from sole traders to large public companies, and the business offers bespoke solutions that work for each of their individual requirements.

Cath Frost, Regions Managing Director, Commercial Lines at RSA said:

“I am delighted to be appointed to lead the Regions, after 11 fantastic years at RSA Motability. Growing our regional presence is a core part of our UK strategy, and I’m looking forward to building on the work Lee and team have done to ensure we keep on track for future success. I can’t wait to start working with the wider team and get out there, meeting all our broking partners and customers.”

Lee Mooney, Managing Director, Commercial Lines at RSA commented:

“It is an extremely exciting time for our commercial lines business and am really pleased Cath has agreed to lead Regions as we enter this new growth phase. I have known Cath for many years, she has a wealth of experience in delivering for customers, simplifying complex processes and creating a culture in which teams can operate at their best. I am looking forward to working with her in her new role.”
