Re/insurance business network ISC Group has announced the launch of its new individual membership package, “GlobeTrotter.”
The network highlighted this initiative as representing an advancement in ISC Group’s ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity and provide support for women across the industry on a global scale.
As the reinsurance and insurance industry becomes more interconnected, professionals are increasingly navigating a global market. The “GlobeTrotter” membership is designed to meet the needs of these international executives by offering access to ISC events, resources, and networks worldwide.
The “GlobeTrotter” membership offers several exclusive benefits. Members will have opportunities for personal branding by gaining visibility through ISC partner conferences and receiving invitations to ISC Galas across various global locations, thereby enhancing their professional profiles on an international stage.
Additionally, the membership includes access to Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) accredited learning programs and professional coaching aimed at refining leadership styles and team development skills. It also promotes international networking by connecting members with professionals outside their home markets, facilitating the expansion of business connections and exploration of new markets.
Carmen Powell (pictured above), managing director of ISC Group, said that the group is committed to building a supportive community for women in the reinsurance and insurance sectors, regardless of where their careers take them.
Powell said that the “GlobeTrotter” membership is designed to help professionals build a strong international business network and access valuable resources to advance their careers and enhance leadership skills.
The “GlobeTrotter” membership was developed based on feedback from existing members in Bermuda and others interested in joining an international ISC network.
Genevieve Stow, director of outreach and sponsorship global at ISC Group, said that the “GlobeTrotter” membership is a response to the needs of members who frequently travel and seek to expand their global business networks.
