Employee benefits general agency BenefitMall has announced the appointment of Anthony Pipia (pictured) as benefits sales executive for New York, underscoring the company’s dedication to supporting its brokers in the state and expanding its regional footprint.

Pipia, who earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, brings more than a decade of expertise in sales and account management to BenefitMall. His career includes a significant tenure as a senior major market sales executive, focusing on human resources and payroll technology solutions.

Dave Mascia, northeast regional vice president at Benefitmall, commented: “Anthony’s commitment to excellence, coupled with his enthusiasm for networking and learning, makes him a valuable asset in the competitive field of group employee benefits.

Recent BenefitMall appointments

BenefitMall has been on a hiring spree, regularly announcing new colleagues joining its roster.

Recent appointments include Michael LaBarre as benefits sales executive within the professional employer organization unit; Will Provost, benefits sales executive for New England; Sandi Llewellyn, benefits sales executive for Arizona; Xavier Montes, broker sales executive in California; Trent Wong, benefits sales executive in Texas; Julie Linn, benefits sales executive for Georgia; as well as Ivonne Arroyo and Lisa Elstein in Florida.

According to the Dallas-headquartered firm, it is the biggest employee benefits general agency in the US. The company works with a network of 20,000 brokers, delivering employee benefits to more than 200,000 small and medium-sized businesses.

BenefitMall was set up in 1979 and is part of CRC Group’s life, retirement, and benefits solutions division.
