Insurance management systems and connectivity solutions provider Rival Insurance Technology has launched the Rival Platform & Marketplace (RPM), an AI-powered (artificial intelligence) web application for brokers and managing general agents.

Described as under a new product category called “insurance intelligence platform,” RPM is said to be the first enterprise solution designed for both consolidators and independent brokerages.

An important feature of RPM is its function that automatically compiles pertinent business insights from across the organization, providing actionable data for informed decision-making. It also delivers valuable, business-specific insights sourced from the web and internal data.

Additionally, RPM has the capability to link retail brokers and MGAs with products from Rival’s partners and third parties, promoting seamless partnerships and new business ventures. Apps are also centralized for workflows, allowing users to launch applications instantly from one location.

RPM also features a responsive design that ensures an optimal user experience on all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

“Our platform addresses the pain points experienced by brokers of all sizes and propels the industry forward by introducing the insurance intelligence platform category. RPM gives brokers and MGAs a competitive advantage to thrive in an increasingly competitive market, and we’re just getting started.”

Jean-Sebastien Lariviere, president and CEO of Synex Insurance, added: “At Synex Insurance, we are impressed with Rival’s vision and direction with the Rival Platform & Marketplace. The fact that RPM works alongside existing systems makes it incredibly flexible and easy to integrate into our operations.
